WHICH GROUP ARE YOU IN?
GROUP A
GROUP B
- You are a dysautonomia thriver/survivor.
- You are willing & able to connect with someone currently experiencing what you already survived – perhaps multiple times.
- You are in the throes of dysautonomia for the first time.
- You are relapsing & having difficulty bearing up.
- You want to talk to someone who’s been there.
Group B people need Group A people to help get them out of Group B and into Group A.

It’s About Mindset
Many of those going through the all-encompassing effects of dysautonomia need mindset medicine as much as they need pharmaceutical potions.
If you have finally come to a better place mentally & physically, and believe you can support a fellow dysautonomian on his or her passage to good health – be it short or long – then join us!
Let’s get dysautonomia survivors & thrivers helping people being assailed by this unrelenting, merciless condition. It knows no bounds & respects no borders. Let’s break ITS bounds & ITS borders! Let’s encourage, fortify, revitalize & embolden our friends in the grip of this malady.
The better & stronger patients are in mind, the easier it will be to cope in body & spirit. The more you believe you can do something – like get well – the more likely you are to make that something come true.
Faith Is The Foundation
A patient’s first step to getting well is believing it is possible. Partnering with someone who’s been-there-done-that is a phenomenal way to start a journey of advancing from illness to improvement then finally to wellness.
All patients have to do is talk & listen to someone who’s made it through to the other side of dysautonomia.

Our Goal…
is to provide a list of volunteer mentors to patients looking for them. In general, mentors should provide feedback, be a source of positive energy, & give encouragement. Obviously it’s up to both parties to decide how, when, and what to talk about.
The Mentor will be someone who has successfully climbed the dysautonomia mountain, after many many slips & falls. (Literal & otherwise.)
Mentors don’t have to be certified “coaches.” They need to have two qualities & one resource: compassion, strength and time. The mentor is there to be strong for someone else who may not be feeling so strong at the moment.
How Does It Work?
First things first. Click on the appropriate button below and fill out the form for your group. Those seeking a Mentor will be given a list of names to choose from. Name, general location, age, sex, and a photo will be supplied in an email.
After that, give your mentor a call. Zoom sessions or skype calls might be of help. Even meeting in person if possible. Mentors are here to assist their fellow dysautonomians, stuck in the mists of mitochondrial misfires occurring within a dysfunctioning autonomic nervous system.
Please remember patients: mentors are not there to be doctors, they’re there to be mentors. They are there to be of service to their fellow human beings.
